I am not sure how you found those quotes, but they do say it all. I will include one: “It is only when you exercise your right to choose that you can also exercise your right to change.” Our past is what makes us the person we are today and I love you more everyday.

Be ruthless!!!!! And if you really need the help you know who you can call...because I'm ruthless. :) Jeff's plan is a good one though, if it's covered in 6 months’ worth of dust it should probably go (minus decorations--which should also really be looked at) and sentimental things. But this is my thought on that...if it's really that sentimental, why is it in the basement collecting dust and spiders?

jeff! Simba does have sentimental value! Just ask me or your super organized wife. He came from HyVee at Christmas.......a very long time ago. He lived in Kylees room forever and then stayed home with me when she went off to college and to find you! He needs to live with you now! If you are sending him to the old lions home...... So be it, I was going to go so far as to say " no bring him back to my house" but I'm not that crazy.

I have an idea that will save about 5 feet of storage space... get rid of the LION! Seriously, what is the point in having a life sized lion? Haha... Is it weird that I am actually looking forward to going through that room and getting rid of some stuff (hopefully). I think the rule should be, if it isn't sentimental and hasn't been used in 6 months, we don't need it.

Hi Kylee!

I'm so glad you are back to posting regularly. I am really curious to see some of the projects you've been working on. I love the yogurt drops in the freezer! I too, saw that on Pinterest, but I haven't tried it yet. I really love your goal of doing something creative everyday. I know I struggle with getting the ball rolling like that. I feel like I have to devote an entire weekend to a project instead of being committed to working on it here and there. Keep it up! love, katie

Christyn, you crack me up! That Elmo is a mess, I tell ya what! And thank you. If you were to see it up close you might not think the same, but he likes it and that's all I wanted. Maybe I can make your angel one someday... once I know if he's a he or she's a she! :)
